Mostly the answer to this question is No !!!!! because there are some sites that pay only $0.1 or may be less for a single click.Even if your CTR (click through rate) is good still at the end of the week you will see that your adsense earnings are not handsome.The argument of these site holders is that they are serving ads on those sites which are MFA (Made For Adsense) or they don't have the genuine content and these sites should earn the least amount of money according to their content.

In order to get rid of this situation you need to do some changes in your account.Go to the competetive ad filter option in the Adsense setup tab, you will see a text box.Here you can put the list of the low paying sites because when your click through rate is rising then you must earn the maximum from it.Now the question is which are the sites that you need to block to get the maximum revenue from the adsense.I experimented alot and I figured out some blacklist sites

Just copy and paste these sites in the competetive ad filter option in your account and see the difference yourself.

Remember that the ads appearing on your website are due to the keywords used in your content and they are independent of any settings you provide in the adsense account.So make sure that your content is orignal because content is king in the whole internet marketing.Hope this is usefull for you.
